In Lapland ice fishing is a popular hobby during wintertime!

In Kilpisjärvi area there are many lakes and ponds full of northern fish species such as graylings, arctic chars and white fishes. Your local guide is specialised in all of those, so name a fish you want to catch and you’ll be guided to the best ice fishing places of that particular species. 

This tour is suitable for every skill level, from beginners with little experience to experienced fishers. The tour will be customised to suit your skill level.

Duration: 4 or 8 hours. Group size: 1-4 people.

Price: 350€/4h/1-4ppl (extra person +50€) or 650€/8h/1-4ppl (extra person +100€). Includes snowmobile transfers, hot beverages, private guiding and ice fishing equipment.

Winter clothing sets can be rented for 15€/person. The set includes: overalls, winter boots, woolen socks, gloves, helmet hat and helmet.

GRAYLING & ARCTIC CHAR ICE FISHING IN SPRING TIME

Full-day guided ice fishing tour in the Käsivarsi Wilderness Area.

After the long and dark polar night, the sun starts to shine also in the far north which means the ice fishers spend their days on the wilderness lakes enjoying the sunny spring days and snowy scenery aiming to catch big graylings and red-bellied arctic chars.

Your day starts in a comfy sledge pulled by a snowmobile. While you travel to your ice fishing spot, you can admire the sceneries of "the white desert" in the Käsivarsi Wilderness Area.

You'll have a light campfire lunch and hot beverages during the day.

Available from March to May, depending on the amount of snow.

WILLOW GROUSE WINTER HUNTING IN LAPLAND

We arrange privately guided willow grouse hunting tours for beginners and experienced hunters in Arctic Lapland – Northern Finland, Norway and Sweden. Tours will be customised to suit your skill levels and wishes!

Grouse hunting season in Enontekiö: 10.9.-31.3.

Group size: 1-2 people ja 1-2 dogs. For bigger groups we will take another hunting guide.

Price: from 550€/day/guide and a gun dog. Fell skis can be rented during winter time.
